How to Book a Consultation

  ✔ Free consultation for any family member if a patient is already in treatment with us.
• Adults (16+ self-referral)
  💶 Consultation fee: €200.
  Includes: X-rays, digital scan, clinical photos, consultation with Dr Erfan Salloum.
  ➕ CBCT 3D scan (if required): €150 (separate fee).
  💡 €200 consultation fee deducted from treatment if you proceed.
• Adults (16+ with dentist referral)
  ✔ Consultation fee waived (CBCT fee still applies if needed).

Your First Visit

When you arrive at Lusk Orthodontics, our reception team and practice manager will greet you and make sure you feel comfortable in our welcoming waiting room. Shortly afterwards, you’ll be invited into our records room, where our clinical assistants will take a series of photos of your face, profile, and teeth, followed by a quick and comfortable 3D digital scan.

Next, you’ll meet with our specialist orthodontist, Dr Erfan Salloum, in our friendly consultation room. He will spend around 30 minutes with you to understand your concerns, examine your face, jaws, and teeth, and discuss the preliminary aims of treatment. You’ll also go through possible treatment options, including the type of braces, expected duration, and an estimate of costs.

For a more comprehensive assessment, we may need to take X-rays of your teeth and jaws. This usually includes standard two-dimensional images such as an OPG and a lateral skull film. In selected cases, a 3D CBCT scan may also be recommended — for example, when treating impacted teeth, jaw width issues, severe bite problems, or when planning TADs or MARPE appliances. These records allow us to make an accurate diagnosis and prepare a personalised treatment plan.

Once you decide to proceed, our team will guide you to the checkout desk to book the next steps in starting your treatment. If you require a referral to another specialist along the way, we will arrange this for you.
