Clear Aligners

For those seeking a discreet option, we offer leading clear aligner systems such as Invisalign and Angel Aligners. Dr Salloum is currently the only orthodontist in Ireland with Board Certification from the European Board of Aligner Orthodontics (EBAO) — the highest recognition of excellence in aligner treatment. Lingual Braces

We also specialise in lingual braces, which are fitted discreetly on the inside of your teeth, making them completely invisible to others. Dr Salloum is the only orthodontist in Ireland to hold Active Membership in both the European and World Societies of Lingual Orthodontics — an achievement that reflects his recognised skill in this highly advanced field.

He is also the largest user of the WIN lingual braces system in Ireland, and one of the largest in Europe. WIN is the most advanced, fully customised lingual bracket system available worldwide. Dr Salloum’s expertise with WIN has been recognised by Professor Dirk Wiechmann, the inventor of both the Incognito and WIN systems, highlighting his position as a leader in lingual orthodontics.

Fixed Braces

For patients who prefer traditional braces, we offer both metal braces and ceramic (clear) braces. Our clear braces use the latest 3M self-ligating technology, which makes them more comfortable and resistant to staining compared to conventional clear braces.

Advanced Treatments

For patients with more complex needs, we provide advanced solutions such as:

• Skeletal expansion for adults using MARPE/MSE devices — offered by very few orthodontists in Ireland.
• Surgical orthodontics for patients with severe bite discrepancies or jaw concerns, in close collaboration with leading surgeons in Ireland and abroad.

• Supportive Treatment for Breathing Disorders: At Lusk Orthodontics, we sometimes use palatal expansion as a supportive treatment for breathing disorders — but only when it is clinically justified and carried out in close collaboration with medical specialists. This usually follows a comprehensive sleep study and/or an ENT specialist’s recommendation. By widening the upper jaw when appropriate, expansion can help improve airflow and create better balance in the bite, forming part of a broader treatment plan for overall health.
