Nikita Salloum is the Practice Manager and one of the founders of Lusk Orthodontics. As a key driving force behind the clinic, her vision, creativity, and attention to detail are woven into every part of the practice — from its welcoming design to the supportive patient experience.

Nikita holds a BA (Hons) in Business Management from the National College of Ireland and brings over nine years of proven leadership and management expertise. She built her career with eir Ireland, progressing from Retail Sales Consultant to Dual Store Manager of two Dublin locations, including the flagship Blanchardstown store. Her outstanding leadership was recognised when she was named Manager of the Year, and under her guidance, her store became a Retail Excellence Awards Top 30 Finalist, competing alongside Ireland’s leading retail businesses.

At Lusk Orthodontics, Nikita applies her business expertise and people-first mindset to ensure the clinic runs seamlessly while offering a warm, patient-focused environment. Her mission is to make every patient feel comfortable, cared for, and confident in their journey with us.

Outside of work, Nikita enjoys spending time with her husband, Dr Erfan Salloum, and their two dogs, Bella and Skye.
